One of the most amazing aspects of the StudioWorks community is that the artists never stop learning and challenging themselves. Though not all of our artists frequently paint figures, many of them used this month's theme as inspiration to depict the female form in their own style.
See the beautiful and unique interpretations of these theme tomorrow at the South End Gallery Crawl! Our doors open at 5pm and we'll be hanging out and enjoying the evening until 8pm.

As the temperature in North Carolina is quickly climbing, our minds are turning to warmer colors and summer activities. Planning vacations and having children home from school led the artists to this month's theme of "Summer Fun." These images are a preview of what may be our most vibrant show yet!

In honor of the traditional phrase "April showers bring May Flowers," the StudioWorks artists painted a variety of florals for our May show. The common subject beautifully highlights their unique styles and various creative interpretations. Together they've created a vibrant painted garden for this weekend!
